This suite features many nice upgrades you will enjoy. Completely remodeled unit. Bedroom has a new high end queen bed and new barn door bedroom entrance. New comforter, blankets and throws. Queen pullout sofa. New stove and two new Smart TVs. Recently replaced flooring throughout, breakfast bar, shelving, countertop electric fireplace, microwave, Lazyboy recliner, kitchenware, air conditioner and more! This unit sleeps 4 and is located on the lower level of a fourplex. Shared entry door to building with other 3 units. This unit has A/C for summer use. NO OPERATIONAL HOT TUB.

  Good location close to the ski hill. Clean and comfortable for a family of four. But we thought we were paying for the added amenity of a hot tub but it didn't have any water in it. Other than that it was great.

  Didn't have any problems anywhere. Great skiing, good room, was able to use the hot tub, kitchen, and tv and fireplace. Kids slept in the pull out couch. Shuttle worked great as well.

  Rental was spotless. Everything we needed. Only complaint would be the pillows and the pull-out bed. These could be updated. Otherwise our stay was perfect for a family. Close to the hill and restaurants. Would recommend!

  Our family was up at the Powderhorn for our Son's wedding. Most of the out of town people stayed at various chalet's. Our stay at Chateaux Roo5 was great. Chalet was very clean and bed was comfortable. I would recomend the powderhorn to any of our friends for a get away.

  Overall ski/lodging package a good deal- 2 nights lodging and 2 lift tix for $250.
  The room was clean and comfortable.
  Miscues were the satellite tv not working and the hot tub being moldy due to ancient hot tub cover. Over chlorinated too. Maintenance did address quickly but did not fully resolve.

  Sofa sleepers are never very comfortable but CR5's was pretty bad. You could feel each and every spring digging into your body. Hot tub too hot first day, the next it was too cold & maint man was "out of town". Could have used one more chair in living room that wasn't a stool. There wasn't really enough comfortable seating for 4 in the living area. I'd recommend but point out couch to that person.

  The Chateaux was what we expected from prior reviews; a bit antiquated, the springs need to be replaced in the hide-a-bed, an air mattress on the floor would have been better - but we had the basic necessities and were happy. However, the upstairs neighbors were hard to deal with..VERY noisy floors that creaked, a CONTINUOUS barking dog, and rambunctious kids. It was hard to sleep at night so we cut our trip short. A+ staff returned a lost item, kudos to all. Will come again to the ski hill, had a lot of fun. Very friendly and helpful staff.

  The room was very clean with all the needed kitchen utensils. Nice towels and your very own private hot tub to relax sore muscles in after a hard day skiing. Don't care for the forced Friday reservation especially when there were empty rooms available. Had to come up on a rainy Friday night which we were forced to pay for.
  Ski rental staff was super friendly and helpful.

  The property was fantastic! Way better than staying in a generic hotel room. We brought some good food and cooked really nice meals between skiing. It as a very cozy setting, almost like a cabin - the furnature was a trifle dated, but being super clean makes up for it. A little loud at times with the other guests, but not bad!

  The only problem with this unit is the pull-out bed. It is the most ungodly, uncomfortable thing in the world.
  
  Also, people, stop stealing kitchen supplies. Each year we stock up the kitchen with new stuff - cutting boards, knives, pans - and every following year when we return, the stuff we bought has been stolen. Stop stealing. You are a guest at this place. I'm sure the owners don't like when you steal and neither do the guests.

  We booked the trip last minute, so it was nice to be close to the hill along with convenience of being able to bring our dog. The place had everything we needed, but the bed was too small and the pullout mattress was not in good shape. The hot tub was nice, but I would also recommend a window to help with chemical smell or vent to remove some of the moisture.

  They did not plow the driveways and rain had made it quite difficult to get in and out of the chateaux. Also I did not like that at the ski hill employees were allowed to smoke as they assisted people onto the ski lifts. Disgusting and rude.

  Quiet, peaceful and room enough for the 4 of us to enjoy the resort. Shuttle bus made it even more convinent. A few hot hub problems came up, but were taken care of by friendly and helpful staff!
