  We were given the wrong address for the property, and luckily found someone at the Lodge to help us because when we called the "help" number for assistance, no one was available (it was not late, perhaps 5 pm when we called).

  Overall staying and riding at Powderhorn was a great experience. 4 of us stayed in the Chalet and were more than comfortable. There was plenty of tools for cooking and eating which was a nice way to hangout after a long day on the hill. The rental was clean and had plenty of space and pillows/blankets for sleeping. The only bummer we had was our hot tub was out of commission due to freezing pipes, but what do you expect in the UP in the winter, it's cold. All the staff was very friendly and we even talked to the GM for a while and he was very friendly and informative as to the services offered all year round.
