Recently renovated. This upper level unit has its own fireplace and small cozy rooms. The condo's prime location across from the Caribou Lodge and the Gun Barrel Lodge makes it a convenient choice.

  You can see the lifts from the balcony and the walk is about the same as if you would walk across a parking lot for Walgreens. Good unit. Has outdoor locker for skis. Is enough space for two but four ?? Yeah no. I mean you CAN sleep two on the sofa bed but it’s pretty tight. Good bathroom. Nice sized fridge Overall good unit Parking is tight but if you were bothered you could easily park in the BPM lot.

  Went to Big Powderhorn with a coworker/friend and other friends. Especially liked the unit was within a short walking distance (across the street) to the two lodges and ski lifts. Enough space for our needs and prepared and ate all meals in. Unit was clean. Bar and staff at Caribou lodge was great. Would stay here again.

  Super clean and nicely furnished. A few small details: broken bathroom fan, a closet door used as the apartment door that a child could kick open, and so much weird fake plastic woods/fishing/nautical decor that was truly tasteless, but overall worked well. My main complaint is that the pool and sauna in the lodge that was advertised was not open ever!

  Right across from the mail lodge, so the location was great! Unfortunately, we might have been the first guests this season. The place smelled really musty/moldy, as if it had been closed up for a long time.

  Rented room for 3 nights. Took full advantage of kitchen. Only ate out once. My boys had to share the futon because the tv in bedroom didn't have cable. Only VHS Tape capable. Exhaust fan in stove needs to be fixed. Great location across street from the hill. Old school.

  Perfect location, step out and you're on the ski hill. Bedroom was tight, but we were there to ski, not sleep. No housekeeping that we saw. Took out the trash ourselves. All in all we would stay here again.

  We were so very pleased with our stay at Family Times Three and would highly recommend it! Wonderful location and perfect for families ... plenty of space. Also, the downstairs gameroom with amenities made it extra fun for everyone! It was so nicely decorated too and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

  Impressive ski lodge. Well run - resort had a "vacation feel" to it. Lifts and runs were all they could be. Hugel House rental was 50/50. The interior of our unit was nicely furnished and met all our needs, except; the entry stairwell had poor lighting and exterior/interior entry doors fit poorly and did not offer adequate security. Also, during both nights, a loud metallic "crash" would happen periodically somewhere in the building [we were the only occupants]. A few bugs and cobwebs were found in the unit. Hugel House proximity to ski lifts is a big plus.

  I stayed at the Hugel Haus for 2 months. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. It is right across the street from the ski hill and there is a lot of hiking to do nearby in the summer as well. The kitchen was well furnished, cable TV with many channels and the internet was fast. It is <10 minutes from Ironwood.

  I enjoyed the place, but would have like a bottom floor unit. Was told that they were booked. I stayed for three days and no one showed up and the other complex along side this one had no guests either. The booking that was talking about was for the weekend. I departed on Friday.
