  We loved the condo! It was modern, spacious, clean and very peaceful. The kids loved the lower level game room. We were visiting for a Labor Day weekend wedding at the lodge so the location was excellent. The reservation staff was very friendly and contactless check-in was simple.   Would have liked the hot tub to have all the features that could be on working . There were no forceful jets like in Family Times #1. The flow of water was slow and not what one would expect.
  Would like to see the hillside enter door with a combination lock as we were not given a key when we checked in. Mary was not aware of the keys being given out in the past but did ask and found out there was one she let us use. Do not like the terrain features on the beginners slope being built. There are other places on the hill for that. It makes it dangerous for skiers coming down Caribou to enter the return to the lift or cross over to the chalet.

  Weather conditions were to blame for limited snow, yet we enjoyed the open runs. Housing had changed from last year, here are the differences: The kitchen was not well stocked in silverware and glasses, nothing a trip to walmart could not fix. Unit 2 Living room was not well vacuumed. We moved a foot rest and found all kinds of crumbs on the carpet. Made us wonder about the rest of the place. Add a major stain to the carpet that may have been cleaned but was very apparent. The last big issue was a leak in the lower level from the hot tub in unit 2. The floor and rug around the tub was saturated the whole time we were there. BG maintenance did come, but the leak was the responsibility of a independent hot tub contractor. The issue was not resolved and we dealt with a wet floor. I hope the next renters have it better. As a result, we may not return next year without first inspecting the condition. We did enjoy ourselves and were mostly satisfied. Therefore we will rate our stay as high.

  The cabin was awesome! Loved the ski in/ski out experience. The game room downstairs was super fun. Super nice place! Need a place to put your drinks while in hot tub - holders were precarious at best. Didn't like the automatic fans in bathroom as would wake everyone when someone used the bathrooms at night. Mattresses were hard the first night then got softer so we wonder if the cabin was left super cold between guests???

  We have stayed at 3 of the Family Times properties when visiting relatives in the area. Over the years, the properties have been well maintained. For a summer stay, they are some of the few that offer air conditioning.
  We stayed over a holiday weekend and the manager was very accommodating in making our arrival and departure easy, as no one was in the office.
  One negative is how much the price has gone up in the last few years. This used to be a much more economical way to stay in a nice place while visiting family in the non ski season.

  We lucked into a stay at Family Time #2 for New Year's weekend. I say lucked, because that is the only reason I can find for finding this ski-in, ski-out condo in November. It was me, my son, daughter and son-in-law and 3 grandkids. The condo was great, truly ski-in and out, we could see the torch parade down the mountain and the fireworks from our deck. The condo includes a private hot tub, sauna, and arcade. We had a great time and will definitely try to get back here. 5 stars!!

  We had a perfect weekend. Loved the location, decor, and cleanliness. The listing says 2 1/2 baths but it is actually one full, one half and a shower stall in the basement by the hot tub. Seemed strange at first but actually worked out okay. The temprapedic mattresses were too warm and not comfortable for us. We are use to a firm, interspirng mattress.

  We have been staying in these units since they were built in the '80's. We are very impressed with the upgrades over the years and especially the ones in the last year. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen looks very modern with the new granite backsplash. The basement is a great rec area fir both kids and adults.   This place was perfect, went above and beyond our expectations. SOOO cozy, kitchen had everything, basement was unbelieavalbe, ski in- ski out was a dream! WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!!!
