  This is a great spot that is conveniently located to the ski resort. You could walk to the resort just not with gear. Great kitchen fully stocked with everything you could need including coffee makers with filters electric griddle for pancakes etc. Brand new Weber grill. Rooms are nice with comfortable beds.   We enjoyed the cozy up north atmosphere in Dreamcatcher. The spacious kitchen, eating area, and living room provide places to be together yet move comfortably and efficiently. We were continually impressed with all the special amenities like internet, cable, attractive dishes, plentiful cooking equipment and appliances, as well as details to anticipate one's comfort. Our bedroom featured a beautiful handmade quilt and great mattress. Each bedroom was equally attractive, as were the bathrooms. We liked the
  entry designed for storage of coats, coolers, etc. Our stay was quiet with beautiful Fall views from each window. Many hiking trails are in the area as well as very well supplied grocery store in Ironwood. Ironwood has a surprising library, bakery across the street, Joe's Pasties, Cold Iron Microbrewery, Antique Shops, coffee shops, restaurants.

  Our family and friend loved this home a short walking distance from the main lodge at Big Powderhorn Resort. There were a total of nine of us and there would have been plenty of room for more people. The house was very clean and homey. We did a lot of cooking and were very impressed with how well-stocked and organized the kitchen was. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Bedrooms were nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. The shuttle bus was an efficient way to get to the hill when carrying skis, boots etc...but we enjoyed the walk when we didn't have equipment. The nearby Caribou lodge was a fun apres' ski place with good live music.

  This 6 bedroom home accommodated all of our guests needs! There are 4 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with a full bed and another bedroom attached to that one with 2 full beds. The large kitchen was stocked with supplies and spices that made meal prep easy. There is plenty of room for storing skis, snowboards and coats etc. The hot tub was also a plus after a long day on the hills! We plan to return for another long weekend next year!

  This was our first time staying at the Dream Catcher and we could not have asked for a better place. We had a group of 11 adults and there was plenty of space in the kitchen and living room for everyone whether it was eating or lounging after a day on the ski hill. The entire house was spotless when we arrived! We loved using the hot tub, especially since it had a covered enclosure to keep the wind out! The only thing that I would change is to not have the only entry to the 6th bedroom through the master bedroom, but it really wasn't a big deal. We will definitely be back next year and will stay at the Dream Catcher again!

  The house is beautiful and was totally big enough for all of us (14). The Powderhorn staff were great & very helpful. It was the first time for several of the kids and the staff went above and beyond. The Manager was total awesome! Thanks for your help!! There is always one person in the group that doesn't like there job but we will not hold that against the rest of the staff (ski rental person)
  If you have never been to Powderhorn or UP it is a must. We are planning on looking at this to be every year is was so much fun and good family time.

  Grandparents, kids and grandkids stay. The rental was very clean, beds comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. Everyone loved the hot tub. Lots of room for the 10 of us. Two issues we had: the sink clogged and mgmt. had to get a plumber out. They were quick and the problem was resolved within 12 hours. The other is that the fireplace was smokey. We believe dryer wood would make the difference. Other than that, we all had a wonderful time!

  I've been to BP several times throughout the years and this is the best lodge in my opinion. It sleeps 12 very comfortably. The house was clean, the kitchen is super well stocked with pots, pans, glasses etc. The hot tub was awesome, clean and the sauna was nice but it was upstairs on the bedroom level.
  
  The layout is this: main floor, mud room upon entry, enter to living room (huge) with fireplace, huge dining to your left that opens to the kitchen. Two bedrooms on main floor with two baths....one bath has two doors with one that opens to bedrooms...nice. 3 bedrooms upstairs and two very nice bathrooms plus a sauna. One bath upstairs is in the master bedroom that has a bedroom off of that which has two double beds...you have to walk through master bedroom to get to these. Very nice bathrooms, no basement but plent of space and it's all laid out quite nice.

  Initially booked one of the base camp ski in/out but a problem arose with the unit and we were asked to choose a different property with no additional charge. So we chose the Dream Catcher. It was immaculate in terms of cleanliness, very updated and modern, but retaining that rustic feel. The hot tub and sauna were great after skiing all day. The large mud room was nice to get all of the wet clothes and boots off before entering the house. We were only two adults and two childeren but this property would accomodate a large group comfortably. Having the ski in/out would be nice but being so close we just drove back for lunch everyday. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

  I looked online at numerous properties and was slightly hesitant to book this place because it didn't have any reviews yet. Turns out I made a GREAT decision because it was fantastic! The first thing I noticed upon walking in was how CLEAN it was! It has a nice sized living room with a real wood-burning fireplace (there's just something about the crackle & smell of a real fire, esp on a ski vacation).
  
  The kitchen was great...fully stocked with dishware, glasses, flatware, mugs, large bowls, etc. I'd brought along two baking dishes for egg bakes which I didn't need since they already had them there. We appreciated the spacious kitchen (the table seats 10) because let's face it, that's where people tend to hang out.
  
  As far as bedrooms go, one doesn't really have a big advantage over another. The master bedroom is nicely sized with a private bath, however there IS another bedroom (w/ 2 full-sized beds) off of it---meaning that in order for whomever is staying in that "side" room to go to the bathroom, they have to walk through the master bedroom (kind of a drawback for whomever takes the master bedroom). There are two additional rooms upstairs (both with queen beds) and two downstairs (one downstairs has it's own bathroom).
  
  If you want a quick bite to eat, there is a darling bar/grill just down the street called the Pub & Grub that's less than 5 min away. Great Fri night Cajun fish fry but get there early because it gets packed.
  
  I honestly don't have even one negative thing to say about was plenty big for our group yet still retained a very cozy feel. The kids LOVED the hot tub & sauna features too. The only thing it didn't have was shampoo & conditioner so make sure to bring some. Would go back again in a heartbeat, and the staff at Big Powderhorn were a delight to deal with. A++++
